To ensure a high level of design and quality, our pools begin $75,000, a base price that reflects a basic gunite pool design.

Upon receipt of your form, we schedule a discovery call to discuss design and construction needs. Once we determine if the project is a good fit, we will arrange a site visit with seven business days of the discovery call.

Custom design packages include conceptual drawings in 3D of your pool design and space, including top views and perspective views, scaled drawings with dimensions, a list of proposed materials, and design plan for additional elements if desired (lighting, furniture, etc.).

If you are unhappy with or want to modify the design, we offer two complementary redesigns. Should the city or HOA have issues with the design plan, we will work with you to meet the necessary requirements.
