  • Do you have any design pricing minimums?
    To ensure a high level of design and quality, our pools begin $75,000, a base price that reflects a basic gunite pool design.
  • Once I fill out a design form, what are the next steps? Will someone come to my property for a site visit?
    Upon receipt of your form, we schedule a discovery call to discuss design and construction needs. Once we determine if the project is a good fit, we will arrange a site visit with seven business days of the discovery call.
  • What is included in my design package?
    Custom design packages include conceptual drawings in 3D of your pool design and space, including top views and perspective views, scaled drawings with dimensions, a list of proposed materials, and design plan for additional elements if desired (lighting, furniture, etc.).
  • What if the city or HOA requires modifications to the design? Do you offer changes to the design, and if so, how many changes are covered in the initial design fee? And what about aesthetic preferences—do you offer a re-design if I’m unhappy with the plot plan?
    If you are unhappy with or want to modify the design, we offer two complementary redesigns. Should the city or HOA have issues with the design plan, we will work with you to meet the necessary requirements.
